Terry Robertson

Mr. Robertson has been the Broker at Desert Realty since 1980. His experience prior to that time was in real estate sales and investments. He soon discovered, however, that his real interest was in property management. Mr. Robertson was one of the first brokers in Nevada to specialize in the management of residential rental properties. He was one of eight founding members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) in 1986 - an organization which has grown to 2600 members across 33 states. NARPM is dedicated to the education and exchange of information among managers who specialize in the management of residential properties.

Lori Kalata

As property manager, Lori oversees the daily operations of each department in the office, handles owner and tenant relations and supervises our inventory of over 800 properties.
A native New Yorker, Lori moved to Las Vegas in 2001. She has been in real estate and practicing property management for over 9 years and joined Desert Realty in March of 2020. Lori also completed her law degree and holds her private investigator’s license.
In her off time, Lori enjoys cooking and spending time with her loved ones.
Amanda Wright
Leasing Agent and Assistant Property Manager S.0045588
Originally from the Midwest, Amanda has been in Las Vegas for the last 32 years and has been practicing real estate for over 21 years. We are very proud of her as she recently completed her State of Nevada Certification for Broker/ Salesperson.
As our Leasing Agent, Amanda shows properties and is the first Desert Realty representative a prospective tenant will meet. Amanda has been with Desert Realty for over 13 years as a leasing agent, but now, she also fills the position of assistant property manager aiding in property management duties.
When not leasing properties or helping residents, Amanda volunteers with a pet rescue organization. She can also be found boating, reading, gardening, and taking pictures of her grandson.
Lisa Williams
Bookkeeper
Lisa is the official Gal Friday at Desert Realty. While her primary duties include maintaining the owners’ financial accounts and assisting our Controller, Lisa is the go-to for her expertise with Appfolio, our computer software program.
Originally from Fall River, Massachusetts, Lisa comes to us by way of Hawaii, Maine, California, Washington, Alaska – she’s lived all over! But it was family that brought her back to Las Vegas.
With over 15 years in accounts receivable and payable, and over 35 years’ experience in customer service, Lisa is a perfect fit as bookkeeper for Desert Realty. Although she also happens to be a certified kickboxing instructor.
Football is Lisa’s favorite sport, but she roots for all the New England teams, especially her beloved Patriots … even though Tom Brady moved on.
While off duty, Lisa enjoys exploring new places, cooking, music, photography, and spending time with her grand kids, all seven of them!
Charlee Sweikert
Bookkeeper
Charlee is a devoted long-term employee with over 10 years of experience in our bookkeeping department. She has impressively held several positions here at Desert Realty including file clerk, HOA liaison, and advertising.

Charlee was born and raised in Las Vegas; she proudly supports her home team of the Las Vegas Golden Knights.
When she isn’t here crunching numbers, you can find her working at crafts, rooting for her beloved Knights, or watching her favorite TV show Supernatural.
She is charming and known for her contagious smile and uplifting attitude. If you walk into the office having a bad day and have the pleasure of speaking with Charlee, you’re sure to walk out with a changed, positive mindset.
Christine Bracero

Christine moved from her home state of New Jersey in 2021 to embark on a new chapter in the vibrant city of Las Vegas.
With 15 years’ experience in property management, Christine delivers exceptional results by fostering strong tenant relationships, implementing strategic management practices, ensuring optimal performance, tenant satisfaction and client success.
When she’s not in the office, Christine enjoys traveling to beautiful islands, especially Puerto Rico. She can also be found listening and dancing to music or walking her fur babies. She also enjoys hiking, jet skiing, ATVs, sightseeing and playing board games.
While Christine always strives for excellence as our Maintenance Coordinator, it’s her husband’s support that remains a cornerstone in her pursuit of providing exceptional experiences for clients and tenants alike.

Patricia Clements
Maintenance Coordinator
With excitement for the adventure of a new life, Patricia moved to Las Vegas from Roanoke, Virginia, and we’re so glad she did!
Currently, Patricia is working to complete her Liberal Arts degree and enjoys drawing, cooking and reading. She is the proudest of her time spent in the US Army where she had a myriad of duties.
When she’s not overseeing our maintenance calls and coordinating vendors, Patricia can be found watching her favorite boxer, Gervonta Davis, or cheering on her favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys.
With years of knowledge and experience, Patricia can handle any situation that comes her way with confidence, care and finesse.
